Your Recreation funds at work.

Below is the floor plan that was voted on and approved by the City Council on April 19, 2011.   This floor plan was posted on the City website www.CedarHills.org and labeled the “Community Recreation Center”. Is this what you had in mind?

Where will we recreate in this “$2.1 million Rec. Center”?  Actually, the proposed costs have risen to use most of the $2.9 million that was collected in family ‘Recreation & Pool” impact fees.

This plan was posted on the City website Febrary 17, 2011, but was removed on May 23, 2011.

If you would like to stop this from being built, want real family recreation considered, and would like to sign the legal Petition that will require the Council to bring this and future proposed building (over $400,000) to a VOTE of Cedar Hills residents, please email your contact information to…
