Audio RELEASED as recorded by the Utah State Records Committee (SRC) on June 14, 2018, as obtained from their own website when posted days later.

Cedar Hills Citizens for Responsible Government / Ken Cromar

vs.

The City of Cedar Hills

(NOTE:  Please note that their original recording covers all the Hearings they held, with ours being the third in line.  The recording below picks up from timecode 1:56:10, but removed nothing, but did try to augment audio that was often poorly recorded, too soft, in order to help the listener.)

State Records Committee DENIAL

The Utah State Records Committee denied the APPEAL by Cedar Hills Citizens for Responsible Government, was based the Committee said completely on City Recorder Colleen Mulvey's sworn testimony given under penalty of perjury that she had provided all documents she said she had — and that this testimony was adequate and served as the "update" request CHCRG wanted because the City had certified they had given us all requested documents when indeed they had NOT because they provided some documents AFTER their letter saying they had.  CHCRG simply wanted documentation that NOW they had honestly provided all documents.

This would akin to the DOJ writing that document declaring that Hillary Clinton was innocent of charges regarding keeping and destroying Top Secret dcouments from her private (illegal) server BEFORE the DOJ had investigated or interviewed her under oath.

In other words, if and when it is proven that Ms. Mulvey perjured herself when she said that documents we've been requesting for years, where absolutely provided to Cromar / CHCRG (i.e. the last two six page sample docs representing over 800 pages) — when she couldn't provide the date they were "provided" (the entire reason for the Hearing), — but then provides them AFTER her testimony days later, — does that change the fact she may have NOT told the truth to the State Records Committee?  NO!

If it was perjury on the day she gave false testimony, if the City provided the documents later, that would NOT change the fact the Committee was misled by her testimony on June 14, 2018.  Nor would it recoup the presumable thousands of dollars $$ in wasted attorneys fees, the waste of all our time and the Committee's time, let alone good will.

Remember, the City did NOT have it's attorney Joel Wright there.  They hired DEFENSE attorneys because as Mr. Wright acknowledged, the possibility of Defense later was a reality they recognized.  Hmmmm?
