Coincidentally, I was on the phone this afternoon with Raland preparing the launch of his shipping of our NEW “Miracles” & “A More Perfect Union” dvds he is hired to ship for us “Barbie & Ken”.

Raland informed me that he had just gotten the news from SCOTUS that they “declined” their recent petition for rehearing and case #22-380 will not be docketed for “conference” to vote on hearing this case.

Personally, I was VERY DISAPPOINTED.

However, Raland was NOT surprised, nor discouraged.

These brothers are pragmatic and practical.  They know the Dark Side and Deep State won’t go down easy.  They’ve prepared for this.

“Update on the case…”

“The Supreme Court has declined to docket the second petition for rehearing. The Loy Arlan Brunson case will probably be moving forward to the Supreme Court or the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, within the next 30 days.”

SCOTUS has not yet updated their website with a public notice of the above news yet, but when they do it will be available at:   https://www.supremecourt.gov/search.aspx?filename=/docket/docketfiles/html/public/22-380.html

The Lord’s timing is PERFECT every time.

Raland said that it appears that case led the way and discovered points that will be helpful to Loy’s case which has freed up by the US District Court finally making a decision on his case freeing Loy to file his case with SCOTUS now.

It will be an even stronger case!

Please consider keeping the Brunson Brothers in your prayers, asking for God to inspire them beyond their own formidable intelligence, with wisdom beyond their own.
