RE:   An OPEN LETTER to all the good people in Cedar Hills, Utah, and ALL the rest of We the People across this once great nation of the united States of America.

 

Dear Friends and Neighbors,

Remember us, Barbie & Ken?

No, not the popular dolls you grew up with as a kid.  No, not the Barbie & Ken in the new movie coming out starring Margo Robbie & Ryan Gosling.

And no, not the famous All-American couple — the “match made at Mattel” dolls made by indestructible plastic.

Nope.  We are THE famous Barbie & Ken Cromar of Cedar Hills from 9870 N. Meadow Drive where we have lived and raised our 7 kids since October of 1991 in our home that was paid off completely by about 2004.  This Ken was one of your elected City Councilmen from 1994 to 2000 – who exposed a lot of city corruption and promoted government accountability.

But then, “magically”, within a couple of months after publicly exposing a former mayor had been allowed 500 FREE tee-times in two years (and countless FREE round over 15 years), Barbie & Ken were hit by a federal lawsuit by the IRS under the DOJ who falsely claimed Barbie & Ken owed $1,053,068.23?  The result was bthe lRS theft of Barbie’s Dreamhouse, and reputation destroying fabricated claims Barbie & Ken were “dangerous” “bomb-making” “terrorists” because they had matches and hydrogen peroxide in their food storage supplies?

Yep!  That’s the right Barbie & Ken – the ones from Cedar Hills, Utah.

Can you imagine?  What if you had taken an Oath as a Councilman to “protect and defend the Constitution against enemies foriegn and domestic”, exposed political corruption and theft by current and former city officials, but those corrupt people used the weaponized full force and power of the lRS and the Department of Justice (INjustice!) in a case against you in “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA vs. YOU Mr. & Mrs Doe“?   And what if the Chief Judge failed Law 101 and didn’t even give you a Hearing, or would NOT even require the DOJ / lRS lawyers to identify the specific law you broke (exactly like the NY AG Bragg did to Trump recently), and then ORDERED you to get out of your own house anyway?

 

What if you then stood your ground based on your Constitutional rights requiring at least a Hearing.  And what if you asked your County Sheriff to stand up for you until you we at least have a Hearing, but he stepped aside in a COWARDLY way and let the corrupt Obama appointed judge hit you with a 13-man US Marshal SWAT team and put you on the street making you homeless?  And then they auctioned off our home on September 10, 2020 – without ever having had a HEARING!

 

Then who lawfully went back into their own Land Patent #392 Cedar Hills home, after a fraudulent auction of their home defaulted and a Mormon Bishop (outside of Church policy counseling Bishops to not file lawsuits – let alone theft) unlawfully fabricated of the home claiming he won an auction he was not even at?  And then you may remember the dangerous quasi-military 75-man multi-jurisdictional SWAT team complete with 2 helicopters, 2 MRAP tanks, and multiple snipers, and the trespass, false-appropriation, burglary of our property and kidnapping of us?  (Have you ever seen a 75-man SWAT in a quiet neighborhood?  See Barbie & Ken’s “adventure” here…  www.miraclesingodwetrust.com/barbie-kens-greatest-videos/)

 

 

 

Yes, this is the Barbie & Ken who sued the Commissioner of the lRS and won, — with the SUBPOENAED Commissioners’ (see above) attorneys admitting they had NO lawful claim on the Cromars from 1990 through 2020 – 31 years of exoneration – asking for the case against them dismissed for that reason. (Rettig didn’t bother to show up – and didn’t bother to refund the 2-day witness fees we paid in advance.  Thief!  The Salt Lake City lRS agent BRYAN W. CALL suddenly “resigned” his position there.)  However, all the other courts through 18 cases, have refused to acknowledge Barbie & Ken being 100% vindicated, drop the false felony charges that we “burglarized” our own home, and dramatically escort Barbie & Ken back triumphantly with lights flashing and siren blaring, into our All-American Dreamhouse.  Ken’s resume demands the “It’s a Wonderful Life” styled triumphant escort back to Barbie’s Dreamhouse…

Instead, Barbie & Ken had to suffer through a fake trial, under a fake “judge”, who forced a “public defender” on them but who never spoke to the Barbie & Ken and denied them their chosen Counsel and their subpoenas, who allowed a Sheriff Deputy assault and battery of Ken in the courthouse and whose mistrial denied three Habeas Corpus, and right to Brady material and a tainted jury who were seen immediately after entering a guilty verdict against Barbie & Ken laughing together in the court parking lot – apparently knowing each other.  Jury tampering?

So, dear reader, who do you trust?  Your corrupt government?  Proven politically motivated DOJ and FBI?  Or, do you trust the lRS to be honest and accurate with you and YOUR reputation and explanation of the law?

Your signature on your 1040 Tax Form makes it a Contract

And, BTW, when you sign your 1040 tax form you are in essence testifying that you know there’s a law you are obeying AND because of your own testimony against yourself with your signature, YOU agree and authorize them to investigate, audit you and your records, and if they find you are even one penny off, that you agree to be subject to EVERYTHING the lRS may want to do you.  YOU AGREED there is law – even though there is NO LAW that applies to most Americans.

Do you now understand how much damage is done when people LIE about such serious tax matters against us, Barbie & Ken, when they don’t have a clue what the law says? 

Can you see how people’s lives can be put into danger — through dangerous 13 man and 75-man SWATs with guns drawn and lives that can be lost instantly with a simple misunderstanding.  We believe that is what was hoped for, especially in the case of the 75-man SWAT.  Way over-kill! (pardon the pun)  These LIES and FEAR have almost cost us our lives multiple times. This is EVIL.

Most people who took the Pop Quiz above failed both questions.  And in failing the test, they must now admit that they don’t KNOW about the lRS and who is required to pay federal income tax. 

Yes! There are people required to pay federal income tax; federal employees including Congressmen, and “United States Citizens” which in the IRS Code Title 26 says, “For the purposes of this Title 26” the term United States means those who live in Washington DC, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and all the territories.  THEREFORE if you live in any of the 50 states, you are NOT a “United States Citizen” when it relates to the lRS Code in Title 26. 

Still think Barbie & Ken are crazy and Tax cheats?   Fine.  But there is one sure way to get the PERFECTLY CORRECT answer to the question.  YOU too can know the truth of the matter by asking God for yourself.

I will never forget the night we asked “the question”.  We feel like it is time to share our very personal prayer story with you.

Back in the early 90’s, Barbara and I had just moved into our brand new home we built on a beautiful corner lot, at 9870 N. Meadow Drive / Cedar Hills, Utah, when we began hearing a lot from a few “crazy neighbors” about how there were actually no laws that required most Americans to file federal income taxes.

What?!  We thought they were nuts!

But as we looked at the IRS Code books (we actually had a set of their two-volume red Internal Revenue Code “bible” – crazy, right?), read and did our own study, we came to a realization, these friends’ outrageous claims may be right!  But, what were we going to do about this? We decided to ask God the truth of the matter.

As best we can remember it was a Sunday evening before April 15, 1993, tax day. I had been fasting and praying all day, and was well past hungry, and was appropriately humbled.

It was around 8 p.m. when Barbara went to bed. She was expecting our 4^th child Zack, and as was her norm when pregnant, she would lay down on the bed, start to read her scriptures, and fall asleep after reading only a few lines. I was in the kitchen, looking over some tax law related information, pondering and praying fervently,

“Dear God, Is there actually a law that requires us to file income taxes because we can’t find it? What would You have us do Lord? Tax deadline is on us; do we need to file? We need to know!”

 

I know exactly were I was standing, leaning against the counter, when my Answer from Heaven came. I can still see that moment perfectly in my mind. It was beautiful! I had my answer. I was gratified to know His will. Heaven’s answer was to “Obey the law”, which meant, “Do not to file income taxes you don’t lawfully owe”.

While standing there musing on the significance of the powerful answer, Barbara startled me by walking in and plopping her scriptures down on the counter and saying, “I think I got my answer.” “I thought you were asleep, sweetie!”

She replied saying she had reading scriptures for the last two hours. It was now after 10 p.m.

 

She showed me what she found in her scriptures:

Whatsoever is more or less than the Constitution, cometh of evil

4   And now, verily I say unto you concerning the laws of the land, it is my will that my people should observe to do all things whatsoever I command them.

5   And that law of the land, which is constitutional, supporting that principle of freedom in maintaining rights and privileges, belongs to all mankind, and is justifiable before me.

6    Therefore, I, the Lord, justify you, and your brethren of my church, in befriending that law which is the constitutional law of the land;

7    And as pertaining to law of man, whatsoever is more or less than this, cometh of evil.

8    I, the Lord God, make you free, therefore ye are free indeed; and the law also maketh you free.

9   Nevertheless, when the wicked rule the people mourn.

My goodness!, Barbara and I were so young, and oh so naïve way back in 1993! What a crazy, crazy question to ask of God!!  But we did.

We had asked Heaven, and we had received a direct answer to our prayers, and it happened at exactly the same moment, but in different rooms.  Barbara knew what she knew. And, I certainly knew what God had impressed on my heart. We found it absolutely beautiful that we had independently and separately received our answers, but at the exact same time. This unforgettable, undeniable connecting with heaven was one of the most profound moments of our entire lives.

We were grateful and determined to follow a path we felt God had set us on. But, little did we know then what this would mean. We had no idea what would follow, and where we would be today. We’ve been unlawfully removed from our home twice via a 13 man and then a 75-man SWAT.  We’ve been through 18 court cases and counting, including two lawsuits against the Commissioner of the IRS  Charles P. Rettig and WON!  However, no court would allow that result as evidence to exonerate us and escort us back into our home.  We’re 5 years and 4 months into this nightmare.  We’re grateful He didn’t tell us how long this journey would be.  We might have never started the journey.  It was probably best that we didn’t know what could happen to us.

If we had known of the severe trials, pains and sufferings that would happen while on a path of faith setting out to a “grand and glorious place”, — we probably have never embarked. Thankfully our perfect Heavenly Father knows this human weakness, and has carefully led us, his children, one step at a time, but only as fast as we’ve been able.

 

So, who do you trust? God, his prophets, angels, scripture and His direct answers to your prayerful questions? Or, the noisy, stinky, intimidating “superior” Goliaths, Pharaohs and their armies, and all the propaganda-victimized fearful sheep around you walking off the cliff?

For our family the choice was simple. For many years we’ve had a favorite scripture posted throughout our home which reads:

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, lean not to your own understanding, acknowledge his hand in all things and He shall direct your paths.” (BIBLE Proverbs 3: 5-6)

What if we’re all victims of a mass deception? What if the lRS is actually UN-Constitutional?  What if the Federal Reserve was NOT federal, but instead a private banking cartel who have now for over 100 years systematically compromised the politicians and courts, stolen the land and the wealth from the People and actually made the PEOPLE SLAVES, using every man, woman and child, along with the  land as collateral for their worthless paper Fed notes?  A “conspiracy” you say?  Thomas Jefferson warned us about this 200 years ago:

We’ve studied and prayed about to know if there is an actual law that even requires the average American pay federal income tax.

Miraculously heaven replied that there is NOT.

Getting the answer was the easy part; living with and applying that knowledge was much harder. Not surprisingly, it was after being given that understanding that all the factual evidence came pouring in – proved God was right. Faith first. Factual evidence followed. Just one example to tease your attention. It is a fact that according to IRS code, only two main categories of “persons” are required to file:

Are you a federal employee? Do you live in Washington DC or a territory like Guam? If not, then you too are EXEMPT. Congratulations! That is, unless you choose to sign a tax return “contract” volunteering to pay, exposing yourself to the entire Title 26 IRS code punishing chaos if you make any error in your calculations intentionally or unintentionally.

You may say, “Well Barbie and Ken, that doesn’t sound like a fun or easy path.”

No kidding!  Of course not.  But we’re here to serve Him and His purposes, not ours.  So many patriots have sacrificed their own blood that this nation might be born in Liberty, and many others to protect it that we might live FREE — as God would have us do.  This is His battle, not ours.

Therefore, if the DEEP STATE minions of LUCIFER INC LLC want to kill “Barbie & Ken”, we have one small request… please make it a clean head-shot!  But, we must warn you, DON’T DO IT and send your soul to eternal hell and suffering on our account — even though in so doing you would send us straight to our God in Heaven as his faithful servant martyrs.  We trust Him!  We encourage you to do the same and side with Him and those who love Him.

COMFORT: The greatest of godly battles have often seemed impossible; David v Goliath, Moses & Children of Israel v Pharaoh and his super-power military, and now our story you’re reading “Barbie and Ken v the IRS Deep State”.

All these were impossible battles until one remembers a couple of things.

First, with God nothing is impossible!

Second, our mortals eyes are blinded to God’s hand and his heavenly hosts and angels. If our eyes could be open, we like Elijah’s young friend could understand, “Those that be with us are more than those that be with them.”  Remember…

Do you Trust in God?

So, who do you trust?  God, his prophets, angels, scripture and His direct answers to your prayerful questions? Or, the noisy, stinky, intimidating  Goliaths, Pharaohs and their “superior” armies, and all the propaganda-victimized fearful sheep around you walking off the cliff?

Big government is NOT what the Founders had in mind. The IRS is NOT what patriots over the years have fought and died to protect. How did we ever allow it to get to this point?

GOOD NEWS!:   The Constitution is the highest law in the land. It specifically addresses how and on what taxes can be imposed. The Lord has NEVER allowed these diabolical Satanists / pedophiles to lawfully close the loop with an actual change in Constitutional law to allow personal income tax. But they haven’t needed to, as they’ve propagandized the issue to where everyone believes it, and the many who know better are silenced by FEAR of what the IRS can do to destroy people’s lives. The solution to dismantling BIG government (especially the IRS) is by taking away their “oxygen” (money) and suffocating big government by declaring the truth and simply obeying Constitutional tax law

CONCLUSION:

The Declaration of Independence has a couple of key lines we should never forget:

Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

…But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

 

When we, Barbie & Ken Cromar started this journey of “obeying the law” and “not filing taxes” we did not owe, we took that step only after getting a witness of the Spirit of God on how to proceed.  We were pretty innocent and naive back in 1993, but we trusted in God.

Interestingly, though we had done a lot of research before asking God, we have learned so much more since then.  Probably ten times as much or more.  But, it should be NO SURPRISE for you to hear that our PERFECT GOD knew exactly what he was talking about, and everything new thing we have learned since 1993 only supported, strengthened and gave us GREATER confidence.

If you’re still asking yourself, “Well, I pay my taxes because I’m patriotic and I believe owe it to defend America and freedom.”

Our reply is, “OK, so you paid for national defense. Fine.  But you also paid a large portion of the reported 64 murders of the unborn in their mother’s womb through abortion.  Your tax dollars paid the drug and human traffickers to move illegals into our country, and tens of thousands of young Americans have died of fentanyl poisoning.  Countless villages of innocent people have been destroyed by American bombs and missiles.  Countless Black American families have been poverty-enabled and 70% fatherless homes promoted through welfare with your tax dollars.  Millions of people across the globe have been poisoned, permanently damaged or killed by a “COVID vax” that was funded by the Dept of Defense, and is NOT “safe and effective” and may yet kill or sterilize many more — with your tax dollars.   Billions of dollars of your tax money has been used to dumb-down American schools, and turn them into Marxist indoctrination, and sexual promiscuity education camps.  Etc., etc.

This may sound harsh, but can you deny that YOU HAVE BLOOD ON YOUR HANDS because you paid taxes you are not required to — allowed yourself to be made a SLAVE — and you are accountable to God for your catastrophic error.

Barbie & Ken are NOT liars and tax cheats.  Exactly the opposite.    To our knowledge we’ve paid every tax we lawfully owe, and did our best NOT to  pay the ones we didn’t owe.   But, thanks be to God who gently guided us and answered our prayers — and the great blessing in following his counsel is that to the best of our knowledge WE DO NOT HAVE BLOOD ON OUR HANDS.

The Declaration of Independence has a couple of key lines we should never forget:

“What do you really know about lRS, and whether Barbie and Ken are ‘liars and tax cheats'”?

“Have you asked of God about this issue?”

The IRS is the most feared collection agency in the world — and hence the MOST WICKED arm of LUCIFER INC LLC.  That combination of three little letters strikes more FEAR in the hearts of people than just about anything else, because of all the power that we’ve allowed them to have over individual lives.

It’s time to STOP and kill this deceitful “monster” before it can completely destroy America.   If we don’t kill it, it will surely destroy us.  And if America goes down, the rest of the world goes with us.
