FRIEND OF THE COURT BRIEF – BLOCKED BY COURT
We received word today that the 4th District Court in Provo, Utah County, State of Utah, has declined to receive the Amicus Curiae (Friend of the Court Brief) filed by the Community Support Foundation as authorized by Amendment I to the Constitution, in behalf of the Defendants otherwise known as “Barbie and Ken” Cromar.
Judge Christine Johnson, in controversion to Amendment I of the Constitution, the Utah State Bar Association Professional Rules of Conduct, and without a proper hearing, states: “The court declines to receive these documents as they have been filed by parties not licensed with the Utah State Bar.”
The Friend of the Court Brief appealed to the court, “In the interest of JUSTICE, and avoidance of potential charges of Malicious Prosecution, Abuse of Process, Misprision of Felony, this court would be well advised to acknowledge the fatal errors highlighted by the US Tax Court admissions and exonerate Barbie & Ken immediately and instead consider launching an investigation into what appears to us a weapon-ization of the powerful IRS machinery launched by fraudulent ‘anonymous’ claims of ‘tax fraud’ against the Cromars, by their political enemies from his years on the Cedar Hills City Council and after, wherein he led groups of Cedar Hills neighbors in researching and GRAMA requesting public records, and exposing the entrenched corruption surrounding misuse of taxpayer money, particularly with the ongoing failed Cedar Hills golf course. www.CedarHillsCitizens.org”

CHCRG filed a GRAMA request which read:
“Please provide all public records regarding all individuals or groups who have golfed fro FREE at the Cedar Hills owned golf course at any time during the 2018, 2019, and 2020 seasons, and any and all other records regarding paid golf, golfers names, size of party, and all other general accounting of rounds scheduled and/or played.”
December 16th – City Manager sent an email to offer additional explanation as follows:
I wanted to send you an email with some clarifying information so as to prevent any confusion as to what each report represents. In your GRAMA request you asked for all free and paid rounds of golf for 2018, 2019, and 2020. Each report represents a separate pay class as registered at the point of sale. They are as follows: Senior Weekday Rate – a paid round, but discounted for senior citizens golfing on a weekday Groupon – a paid round, but discounted through a Groupon rate Resident Rate – a paid round, but discounted, by a Cedar Hills resident Employee Round – a free round played by an employee of either the City or the golf course Resident Free Coupon – a free round played by a resident of Cedar Hills redeeming the coupon sent out each year to each household Punch Card Rounds – a pre-paid round from the sale of a punch pass Pass Rounds – a pre-paid round from the sale of an annual pass Comp Round – a free round of golf Regular Rate – a paid round of golf, paid at the regular rate of play Regards, Chandler Goodwin City Manager City of Cedar Hills
The annual deficit (losses) for our city golf course — prior to these records being provided — was an average LOSS of over $-580,000.00 per year, on bonding promotion by then Mayor Brad Sears guaranteeing at least $400,000. That’s over ONE MILLION DOLLAR difference annually from The Promise vs. The Reality.
Remember: This “wise purchase” on a golf course was purchased from the developer Ken Briggs who would have carried the losses on his “sure money maker” himself!
Instead CH taxpayers bailed him out. WINNERS?: Developer Ken Briggs and former Mayor Brad Sears and others basically having their own “personal golf club” where apparently golf 10 years for FREE (see previous postings regarding hundreds of tee times) before then City Manager David Bunker and others found this unethical and helped put a stop to it.
LOSERS? – Cedar Hills taxpayers and non-golfers, and CH taxpayers again who were convinced by Mayor Jenney Rees and the Council to BOND for more money to build the new parks because we’ve lost millions on the golf course.

Memorial Day – May 30, 2022 – BREAKING….. Do you recognize this famous face? Why was John Sullivan at our house September 2, 2020 days before we were hit by a 75-man SWAT team? FASTEN Your Seatbelts: Do you remember the man John Sullivan above? He gained national recognition as being “Jan 6th, 2021 – Trump Supporter / Insurrectionist / Reporter for CNN and NBC”? Hmmm. One report said…
NOT! We did some research on “John Earl Sullivan” and discovered that he had a business registered in his name called, are you ready for it?, wait for it…, INSURGENCE USA LLC.
It appears that Mr. Sullivan may be professional rioter with a for-profit corporation whose NAME = the root word = insurgent. This is where it gets really interesting. Mr. Sullivan’s business address was listed as 160 E. Broadway in downtown Salt Lake City. Here’s what the building looks like from ground view.
Can you read it? Utah Department of Commerce and Utah Labor Commission. They are BOTH .gov (see https://www.laborcommission.utah.gov/ and https://commerce.utah.gov/ ) This is a government building! Hmmm. Who has a for-profit biz that based in “insurgency services” (presumably) located in a government building? Maybe a government controlled, funded, and sponsored insurgency operation?? And if so, why is our own government using our tax money create conflict within our country? Isn’t that called Treason?

So, who is John Sullivan really? He was reportedly arrested (for “show”?) at the “Jan 6th Capitol Insurrection” as a “Trump supporter”, but released later. Strange. His video work records himself promoting a riot with not family-friendly language. I have to think all the families and friends of those who were invited into the Capitol but are still in jail 18-months later as political prisoners would like to know. If you know anybody who know them please get the word out, OK? Yes, please SHARE with those you care about Truth & Freedom vs. Deceit & Treason.
When Mr. Sullivan came as a surprise visitor, I did with him what I did with all of the many people who came to visit. Many people we had never met came to help support us. But we never invited anyone on my property without escorting them over to the SW corner of the property (see image at top), took a picture of them in front of sign, turned on the audio recorder and asked,
“Did you read the sign? Are you a government agent? Are you here as a friend? Do you understand and accept that if you later prove to be unfriendly and/or a government employee that the $250,000 trespass fee, and $10,000 trespass fee for government agents, will be collected? Good. Now you are welcome to come on my property.” (Note: No one ever admitted to being a government employee or agent)
Maybe Mr. Sullivan is innocent? Maybe he’s FBI? Maybe a George Soros / Southern Poverty Law Association operative? Utah County Sheriff’s agent? Maybe all the above? Regardless, he was at our home days before we were hit by a 75-man SWAT team — and we would like to know why? (Remember, not even Trump friend Roger Stone got that kind of attention having only 29-man SWAT hit him and his wife?) We’re nobody — except that we’ve been willing to stand on and DEMAND our God-given, un-a-lien-able, Constitutional rights against corrupt government officials.(Everyone knows that Barbie & Ken are made by indestructible plastic designed to survive a nuke blast, right? haha)
We’re offering a $200 REWARD(or if preferred, your share of a pool of as much as $26K or 10% of Invoice once collected from Mr. Sullivan – see $12 Million Reward vid below) for the first person who can help us find John Earl Sullivan, so we SERVE him a “Conditional INVOICE for $260,000 for trespass of our home & property” until or unless he can provide within 21-days a “notarized AFFIDAVIT declaring under penalty of perjury that he is not now, never has been, nor intends to be a government employee”. O Lord, We weep with those who weep and mourn with those who mourn. Comfort these moms and dads, children and spouses as only You can. You have collected all their tears in a bottle. Help them feel Your strong presence, see Your tender hand all around them and hear Your voice directing them in these dark circumstances. Draw them daily to Your Word to process their pain and grieve with hope. Spur the body of Christ around them to be Your hands and feet and to meet their practical needs.
