Many years ago, while making a documentary film, I felt impressed to study about Satan.  I was repulsed by the idea.  “Why in the world would I ever want to learn more about Lucifer?” I thought.

But God’s promptings were undeniable.  What I thought might take a couple of days, or a week at the most, instead resulted in years of research and scripture study that has never stopped, and even resulted in a yet to be published book called “Satan Exposed”.  (I may choose to release it soon for FREE here at CedarHillsCitizens.org )

My study of scripture and pondering has left me to believe that when Christ suffered in Gethsemane — that time stood still — that our Lord paid the price for each of our sins and did so one person at a time.  Fully.  Perfectly.   That to do so Christ — perfect and clean in every way — nevertheless He had to contemplate and be exposed to the darkest of the dark in the souls — even of those like Hitler, Mao, Stalin and Lenin, etc.

RE:   Prosecutorial Misconduct – Violation of Oath of Office – Treason – in the Case Against Trump

As previously reported in Restored Republic, “A new Bombshell Document has destroyed the Manhattan DA’s Case against Trump. On Wed. 22 March Trump was set to be indicted, charged with a felony and set for arrest. Instead, the New York Grand Jury investigating Trump was dismissed after a 2018 letter surfaced from Michael Cohen’s lawyer. The letter was addressed to the FEC and declared that Cohen used his own personal funds to pay Stormy Daniels. The Trump Camp was not a party to the transaction and did not reimburse Cohen for the payment. The document was among close to 600 pages of evidence in favor of Trump that the DA had intentionally withheld from the Grand Jury investigating Trump.

OATH OF OFFICE

Michael Cohen’s lawyer confirmed that Cohen personally paid Stormy Daniels $130,000 out of his own personal funds. We are not talking about an insignificant amount of money here! Cohen who claimed that he was paying off Stormy Daniels on behalf of (his Client) Donald Trump, with Cohen’s own funds and without reimbursement arrangement from Trump or his campaign has the appearance of collusion. So, simply following the logic, we cannot help but wonder just exactly who was actually involved in the pay-off scheme? Was Michael Cohen actually trying to set Donald Trump up in an act of collusion with those who have already shown themselves to be enemies of Trump and intentionally collaborating with Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg?

Michael Cohen was Donald Trump’s lawyer and had legal requirements as a fiduciary to Donald Trump, under his Oath of Office as an Attorney. Both Michael Cohen and Alvin Bragg, as attorneys, gave an Oath of Office to support and Defend the Constitution in all situations.

The public corruption (treasonous violations of the oath of office) discussed herein may well fall under The RICO Act, which focuses specifically on racketeering, and it allows the leaders of a syndicate to be tried for the crimes, which order others to do or assisted them in doing, closing a perceived loophole that allowed a person who instructed someone else to, for example, murder, to be exempt from the trial because they did not actually commit the crime personally.

Therefore, it is incumbent upon the officers of the Court and Servants of We the People, to bring this out into the light of day and expeditiously restore law and order to the nation.”

MISPRISION OF TREASON

Bouvier’s 1856 Law Dictionary – accepted by four Acts of Congress – serving as commentary on Constitutional law, under the definition of “misprision” states a purpose of this Affidavit: “4. It is the duty of every good citizen, knowing of a treason or felony having been committed; to inform a magistrate. Silently to observe the commission of a felony, without using any endeavors to apprehend the offender, is a misprision.”  1 Russ.on Cr. 43; Hawk. P. C. c. 59, s. 6; Id. Book 1, c. s. 1; 4 Bl. Com. 119. You are hereby noticed of potential treason by this undersigned “good citizen”.

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both. – 18 U.S. Code § 2382

There is ample evidence presented to show that these claims have plausible merit. The prosecution in concert with others have conspired to cause harm and have willfully sought the destruction of President Donald J. Trump’s God Given Rights of due process of law, which lies at the heart of this matter.

The Department of Homeland Security has a national campaign to raise public awareness of the signs of terrorism and terrorism-related crimes called, “If you see something, say something.”  Fairbanks’ appeals and actions leave a most important question before this court, “What good does it do, if no one responds?”

The violation of one’s oath of office is an act of treason and anyone having knowledge of the commission of treason, who conceals or does not, as soon as possible, disclose and make known the same is guilty of misprision of treason.

Who is W. Cleon Skousen?

Willard Cleon Skousen, the founder of the National Center for Constitutional Studies, died at the age of 92 on January 9, 2006. Born in Raymond, Alberta Canada in 1913, Skousen came to the United States after an agricultural depression destroyed the family farm in 1921. He took a job working with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and earned a law degree at George Washington University Law School.

He was a prolific writer and produced three national best sellers, The Naked Communist, The Naked Capitalist, and The Five Thousand Year Leap. Eight of his books were used as college texts, and several were translated and published in other countries.

Dr. Skousen served the FBI for 16 years (1935-1951), and worked closely with J. Edgar Hoover including a hot-spot stint as the director of communications. In 1960 he began a speaking tour around the country addressing the important political issues facing America at that time. During this period, he averaged 300 speeches a year.

I first met W. Cleon Skousen sometime around 2001 when he agreed to be a speaker at an all-day Constitutional training class I organized and held at the Utah State Capitol.  The National Center for Constitutional Studies (founded by Skousen – see www.NCCS.net now run by Zeldon Nelson) co-sponsored the event and help provide speakers in addition to Mr. Skousen.  A notable participant who sat in as one of about 100 class members was Congressman Merrill Cook.

In the year prior to his passing on January 9, 2006, I was fortunate to have been invited into his home three times — and was even introduced to a young Rothchild visitor.  (That’s a story for another time.)  I was honored that Mr. Skousen took great interest in reading a feature screenplay I co-authored titled “At War With God”, and was pleasantly surprised to learn that not only did he like the screenplay “very much”, but that he had read it twice, and so had his dear wife Jewel!

Now, in 2023, a reflection on Skousen’s monumental work the Naked Communist and it documentation of “the 45 goals of communism”, is helpful to remember that we watch our once great nation crumble into corruption and chaos, we cannot say that Skousen did not warn us that we needed to guard and fight to protect our God-given liberty – or we could lose it altogether.

It is haunting to know that his final book “The Cleansing of America” was so sobering and honest, that he asked his family NOT to publish it until well after his death!  We intend here at CHCRG to review and highlight his message in his “swan song” book in the near future – here at www.CedarHillsCitizens.org

The 45 goals of communism

1. U.S. should accept coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war.
2. U.S. should be willing to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war.
3. Develop the illusion that total disarmament by the U.S. would be a demonstration of “moral strength.”
4. Permit free trade between all nations regardless of Communist affiliation and regardless of whether or not items could be used for war.
5. Extend long-term loans to Russia and Soviet satellites.
6. Provide American aid to all nations regardless of Communist domination.
7. Grant recognition of Red China and admission of Red China to the U.N.

11. Promote the U.N. as the only hope for mankind. If its charter is rewritten, demand that it be set up as a one-world government with its own independent armed forces.
12. Resist any attempt to outlaw the Communist Party.
13. Do away with loyalty oaths.
14. Continue giving Russia access to the U.S. Patent Office.
15. Capture one or both of the political parties in the U.S.
16. Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions, by claiming their activities violate civil rights.
17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for Socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers associations. Put the party line in textbooks.
18. Gain control of all student newspapers.
19. Use student riots to foment public protests against programs or organizations that are under Communist attack.
20. Infiltrate the press. Get control of book review assignments, editorial writing, policy-making positions.
21. Gain control of key positions in radio, TV & motion pictures.
22. Continue discrediting American culture by degrading all form of artistic expression. An American Communist cell was told to “eliminate all good sculpture from parks and buildings,” substituting shapeless, awkward and meaningless forms.
23. Control art critics and directors of art museums. ” Our plan is to promote ugliness, repulsive, meaningless art.”
24. Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them “censorship” and a violation of free speech and free press.
25. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio and TV.
26. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as “normal, natural and healthy.”
27. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with “social” religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity, which does not need a “religious crutch.”
28. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the grounds that it violates the principle of “separation of church and state”
29. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.
30. Discredit the American founding fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the “common man.”
31. Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history on the ground that it was only a minor part of “the big picture.” Give more emphasis to Russian history since the Communists took over.
32. Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture – education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc.
33. Eliminate all laws or procedures which interfere with the operation of the Communist apparatus.
34. Eliminate the House Committee on Un-American Activities.
35. Discredit and eventually dismantle the FBI.
36. Infiltrate and gain control of more unions.
37. Infiltrate and gain control of big business.
38. Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can understand or treat.
39. Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose communist goals.
40. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.
41. Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents.
42. Create the impression that violence and insurrection are legitimate aspects of the American tradition; that students and special interest groups should rise up and make a “united force” to solve economic, political or social problems.
43. Overthrow all colonial governments before native populations are ready for self-government.
44. Internationalize the Panama Canal.
45. Repeal the Connally Reservation so the U.S. cannot prevent the World Court from seizing jurisdiction over domestic problems. Give the World Court jurisdiction over domestic problems. Give the World Court jurisdiction over nations and individuals alike.

Today, in 2023, this warning from 1961 – sixty years later – sounds like a warning that was not heeded.  Most of the 45 goals seemed impossible in 1961. How many of the 45 goals have the communists (of “Lucifer Inc.” world government – see WW3 article #1) succeeded in implementing in America?

Sure seems like “both parties” are now captured and controlled by “useful idiots” as Marx called them – stupidly helping them in the Communist goals to implement socialism first, which inevitably leads to communism.

Now with Beijing Biden in the White House with his DEEP STATE oath-breaking traitor UN-indicted co-conspirators swamping up D.C. and the rest of the country at every level of government – it’s clear we owe Skousen and especially the Founding Fathers an apology for failing to protect the gift we inherited from their bloody sacrifices made so we might breath free.  If we lose it, we have no one to blame but ourselves.

George Soros was born Gyorgy Schwartz in Budapest, Hungary on August 12, 1930. His parents, Tividar and Erzebat Schwartz, changed their surname to Soros in 1936 to avoid anti-Semite persecution. As a teenager, Soros survived the Nazi invasion and occupation of Hungary in 1944. After WWII ended, Soros emigrated from Communist-dominated Hungary in 1947 eventually making his way to England. At the London School of Economics, Soros studied Karl Popper’s “The Open Society and Its Enemies”, a book that explores the philosophy of science and the nature of totalitarianism. It is presumed that much of Soros’ obsession with social disruption throughout his life was born out of his childhood surrounded by the evil of Nazism followed by a radical form of higher education. Soros graduated in 1952 and found his was to New York in 1956 where he landed a job at Wall Street brokerage firm FM Mayer. By 1973, Soros set up his own hedge fund (the Soros Fund, later renaming it the Quantum Fund) by leveraging $12 million from investors. The Soros Quantum Fund enjoyed decades of success under the leadership of Soros, eventually making him the 21st richest person in the world by 2015. As Soros built his business empire, he simultaneously began his “pseudo-philanthropic” activity in 1979, efforts which were transformed into the Open Society Foundations (OSF’s) in 1984. The various OSF’s fund a wide range of global initiatives “to advance justice, education, public health, business development, independent media and societal reformation.” (Biography.com; 2021) The OSF cartel spans a massive list of organizations that have been funded to build up and advance the ideological agendas and ambitions of George Soros (the full list of his cartel agencies spans more than 500 pages of content when short descriptions are provided).

These two examples are indicative of the control that Soros has over all media and the degree to which the media carries the water for the “godfather figure” lurking behind their media and journalism networks.

Despite the efforts of media to censor anyone who detracts from the Soros agenda, the truth is that George Soros is delivering incessant chaos to cities in America and around the world.  Soros invests billions to purchase the “loyalty and practices” of district attorneys who refuse to prosecute crimes stemming from the execution of his radical agenda. In 2017, Soros “invested” $1.7 million to elect social justice warrior Larry Krasner as Philadelphia’s district attorney. The smile on Krasner’s face on election night as supporters chanted, “No good cops in a racist system!” and “f— the FOP [Fraternity of Police]!” was unmistakable. Since Soros planted Krasner, crime has soared in Philadelphia to the extent that US District Attorney William McSwain described the situation as a “culture of lawlessness where the staggering homicide and shooting rates in Philadelphia are proof that the district attorney’s radical experiment has failed.”

In Los Angeles, the Soros war on law was highlighted by funding $1 million into the George Gascon DA campaign. Years earlier, Soros paved the way for Gascon to assume the role of DA in San Francisco where he made that city a haven for the homeless and arguably one of the most unlivable cities in America. Residents of San Francisco are all too well familiar with Gascon’s refusal to address and prosecute camping on city sidewalks, public urination, soliciting sex, and other vile crimes. In violence-riddled Chicago, Soros has spent $2 million in the past year to firmly ensconce racist and malcontent Kim Foxx into office as the State’s DA. As mentioned earlier, Soros channels his largesse through his Open Society Foundations which spends billions annually and is “active’ in no fewer than 120 nations at any given time. Every year, OSF publicly boasts about channeling “thousands of grants and billions of dollars to the groups and individuals who promote OSF values.” In 2018 alone, Soros poured $708 million into American politics (according to Capital Research Center President Scott Walter). According to Walter, the OSF funds “went into politicized groups like Planned Parenthood, to fight for abortion; the Brennan Center, to tear down voter ID laws; and to all-purpose left-of-center powerhouses like the ACLU and John Podesta’s Center for American Progress.” (Truths that Transform – Frank Wright; October 5, 2020) By stark comparison, the total combined revenue of the Republican National Committee and the Democratic National Committee (from 2017-2018) was $502 million. The influence wielded by Soros on American political outcomes is shocking and unforgiveable.

 

In the months leading into the 2020 US federal election, Soros “dumped almost $100 million into the DNC to prop up Biden and his gushing campaign slush fund. Soros funds were also matched by his harsh words for President Trump describing Trump as “a con man”, “a would-be dictator,” and “the ultimate narcissist.” Soros was undoubtedly deflecting as his derogatory comments about Trump sounded more like a self-description.

Dear President Trump,

Thank you for the many sacrifices you and your family have made in behalf of We the People and the protection of our God-given rights secured under the Constitution from both “enemies foreign and DOMESTIC”. 

As friends of the Brunson Brothers’ and their case #22-380 at the Supreme Court, and in preparation of our own cases heading towards SCOTUS we have researched a CONSTITUTIONAL matter that we offer for consideration by your Counsel in your Defense.

The Threatened Arrest for President Trump Centers on the Matter of Habeas Corpus. 

Bouvier 1856 Law Library on Habeas Corpus – HABEAS CORPUS, remedies A writ of habeas corpus is an order in writing, signed by the judge who grants the same, and sealed with the seal of the court of he is a judge, issued in the name of the sovereign power where it is granted, by such a court or a judge thereof, having lawful authority to issue the same, directed to any one having a person in his custody or under his restraint, commanding him to produce, such person at a certain time and place, and to state the reasons why he is held in custody, or under restraint.

#6. By the habeas corpus law of Pennsylvania, (the Act of February 18, 1785,) the benefit of the writ of habeas corpus is given in “all cases where any person, not being committed or detained for any criminal, or supposed criminal matter,” Who “shall be confined or restrained of his or her liberty, under any color or pretence whatsoever.” A similar provision is contained in the habeas corpus act of New York. Act of April 21, 1818, sect. 41, ch. 277.

#7. The Constitution of the United State art. 1, s. 9, n. 2, provides, that “the privilege of the writ of habeas corpus shall not be suspended, unless when, in cases of rebellion or invasion, the public safety may require it and the same principle is contained in many of the state constitutions. In order still more to secure the citizen the benefit of this great writ, a heavy penalty is inflicted upon the judges who are bound to grant it, in case of refusal.

First of all, the indictment is not an arrest warrant. As reported, the Manhattan district attorney, Alvin L. Bragg, must ask the grand jury that has been hearing evidence about the former president to vote on whether to charge him. A majority of jurors must agree to do so.  

Then a warrant for arrest would have to be filed and sent to Kathy Hochul, Governor of New York, who would have to issue a Governor’s Warrant to Governor Ron DeSantis. 

Governor DeSantis would have to accept that Warrant in order for President Trump to be extradited back to New York. Governor DeSantis has already stated that the case against you, President Trump, is unlawful and bogus, which shows that he is not interested in participating in the egregious violations of the Constitution and Rule of Law. However, Governor DeSantis can issue an Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus on as an effort to validate the claims against Trump and that decision can be made in the State of Florida. 

Habeas Corpus is probably the most important matter facing the nation especially in light of the fact that on September 15, 1863, by Proclamation 104:

Abraham Lincoln, President of the United States proclaimed and, “made known to all whom it may concern that the privilege of the writ of habeas corpus is suspended throughout the United States, and required all magistrates, attorneys and other civil officers with the United States and all officers and others in the military and naval services of the United States to take distinct notice of this suspension and it give it full effect, and that this suspension will continue throughout the duration if the said rebellion o until this proclamation shall, by a subsequent one to be issued by the President of the United States be modified or revoked.” 

On April 2, 1866 President Andrew Johnson issued Proclamation 157 – Declaring that Peace, Order and Tranquility, and Civil Authority Now Exists in and Throughout the Whole of the United States of America.  President Andrew Johnson, who acknowledged that he was President of the United States, declared by his proclamation that:

The “insurrection which heretofore existed in the State of Texas is at an end and is to be henceforth so regarded in that State as in the other States before named in which the said insurrection was proclaimed to be at an end.” President Johnson further declared, “And I do further proclaim that the said insurrection is at an end and the peace, order and tranquility, and civil authority now exist in and throughout the whole of the United States of America.”

However, there was no other specific reference in President Johnson’s Proclamation 157 to President Lincoln’s Proclamation 104, which required notice of revocation or modification. 

Thus, President Johnson’s Proclamation 157 did not alter or change President Lincoln’s Proclamation 104 and that President Johnson’s Proclamation 157 only affected the State of Texas and the other named States AND the United States of America, which is a wholly different entity than the United States.  (Watch “Show Me Proof Habeas Corpus is no longer Suspended” on YouTube Covers Executive Order 104 September 15th 1963 – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UFn0Gw1DH6A)

We are some of those who have concerns and understand that the rebellion Abraham Lincoln, President of the United States referred to, is still ongoing, and we are unable to find evidence of a subsequent proclamation from a President of the United States modifying or revoking Proclamation 104. Thus before any court could rule on an Application for a Writ of Habeas Corpus, SCOTUS would have to make a Declaratory Judgement as to whether or not Habeas Corpus had been reinstated.

Secondly, you, President Trump, issued a declaration that we are at war, so even if Habeas Corpus had been reinstated, your Executive Order suspended it again. So, New York cannot lawfully issue an indictment and Warrant for Arrest of you, President Trump, because it appears that the Military is the only one who has lawful authority for the last 140 years.

President Trump, you are not an enemy of the states and thus you should be attempting to seek redress under the provisions of Proclamation 104.

Additionally, you may find of interest the Admissions by the five Justices of the UTAH SUPREME COURT earlier this month, wherein they ADMIT to Paul Kenneth & Barbara Ann Cromar (sometimes known as “Barbie & Ken”) of Cedar Hills, Utah,  that the state of war declared by Abraham Lincoln has never been revoked and where in the Justices do NOT provide Habeas Corpus remedy for this patriotic couple defending themselves from a similarly weaponized DOJ and lRS for their exposing of corruption in their small town where he served as a City Councilman for 5 and a half years.

The original “Rebellion” of the slavery promoting government has never been officially and lawfully ended.  You, Mr. President can take advantage of this actionable “Abuse of Process” in violation of USC Title 18 sec. 242  – Denial of Constitutionally protected Rights under the Color of Law, and, USC Title 18 sec. 241 – Conspiracy to Deny Rights, and ironically possible New York government officials in RICO violation, to help insure that it does.  

The above violations of law could lead to Mr. Bragg’s disbarment and prosecution for violation of USC 5 § 3331- Oath of office, and 18 U.S. Code § 2381 – TREASON in the Courts, for which there is one appropriate and irreversible penalty of death by hanging.  

This could get interesting rather quickly! – Please pass this on to your esteemed Counsel for immediate consideration.

Hungary Prepares To Prosecute ‘Lifelong Nazi’ George Soros For Holocaust Atrocities

Charges for aiding and abetting the murder of thousands of Hungarians during the Nazi occupation of Hungary during World War II are being prepared by Hungarian prosecutors against 92-year-old Hungarian-American businessman George Soros.

According to a source at the prosecutor’s office in Budapest, Hungary, Soros is expected to be charged with “knowingly and willfully” aiding and abetting the murder of Jewish Hungarians in Budapest from September 1942 to January 1943.

When the Nazis occupied Budapest in 1944, George Soros’ father was a successful lawyer. He lived on an island in the Danube and liked to commute to work in a rowboat. But knowing there were problems ahead for the Jews, he decided to split his family up. He bought them forged papers and he bribed a government official to take 14-year-old George Soros in and swear that he was his Christian godson. But survival carried a heavy price tag. While hundreds of thousands of Hungarian Jews were being shipped off to the death camps, George Soros accompanied his phony godfather on his appointed rounds, confiscating property from the Jews.

The first time was illegal 13+ US Marshal led SWAT on June 25, 2019.  The second, on September 24, 2020 was “only” a 75-man SWAT para-military with 2 helicopters, 2 MRAPs (tanks) and multiple snipers endangering a quiet family neighborhood.  All to arrest an 57 year old grandmother of 8 grandkids?  Somebody played the Utah County Sheriff Department.  Sheriff Mike Smith broke his personal promises to us, broke his oath of office, and unnecessarily and cowardly endangered an entire community.

Having lethal weapons pointed at you with your life hanging in the balance is incredibly unnerving.  Harrowing actually.  You could be dead with a twitch of a finger.

.

The quick fuse of these under trained Farmington “cowboy” cops (reportedly 4 of the 5 had 6 months or less on the police force) with an apparent agenda to intimidate or stop the Allan’s court proceedings against the Farmington Police Chief boss. So much about this tragedy was an unprofessional police FAIL gone way wrong.

.

We used to trust and back the Boys in Blue at every opportunity.  But, with what we’ve suffered through, at the hands of Constitutionally ignorant (that’s being kind) Oath-Breakers, we’ve come to learn that “To Serve and Protect” is a forgotten mission statement for today’s police.  We’ve long believed that someone wanted us DEAD and that the 75-man SWAT in some way did not play out with the result they had hoped.

.

Now when we witnessed the body cam footage we are traumatized seeing Chase Allan be gunned down in a hail of bullets by incompetent and possibly willfully manipulated opportunity to excuse this young patriot standing on the Law and God-given Constitutionally protected his rights.

We, “Barbie & Ken” feel very lucky to be alive.  We pray we live long enough to fulfill our exposing of the court and government corruption.

What is it about the levels of Good vs Evil in Utah?  We have many great patriots here, but we also have too many truly wicked, wicked people in positions of power.

Don’t be surprised if some earth-shattering event that launches the apocalypse begins in once quiet, happy Utah and spreads out to the world.
